Jonette has an instinctive flair for cooking, inherited from her colourful and talented grandmother in South Africa. Her skills extend to the kitchen, where she is thorough, professional and passionate about good food down to the smallest detail. Jonette's Cape heritage combined with the sophisticated touch of Italian and French cuisine, makes her style an eclectic mix of flavours.
Justin - Head Chef
Started his career at the age of 15 at the Original Complete Angler Marlow. He has worked alongside well known executive chefs such as Chris Wheeler at Stoke Park.
Justin joined us at The Cape in September 2010, he is passionate about his food changing the menu regularly to incorporate locally sourced seasonal ingredients.
